Las Aguilas is a large and impressive villa (sleeps 9) with numerous balconies and terraces enjoying spectacular views and offering sun/shade all day. The private solar heated pool and sun bathing terraces have plenty of room for charging around or just relaxing. The different outdoor areas comprise an enclosed open air patio, large private solar heated pool, offering the opportunity to swim from April to October at an optimum temperature of 26c to 30c (subject to no  abnormal weather conditions),   landscaped gardens, naya, fruit orchard with scenic views of surrounding mountains and valley. It is so spacious that the villa easily accommodates two families of 4 without feeling at all claustrophobic! It is ideal for family holidays or for a group wishing to go golfing, walking or cycling in the area or just laze by the pool and visit the numerous beaches! It sits on a plot of 2000m2 and forms part of a larger but low density and exclusive development of approximately 180 villas.

A few hundred metres up the mountain, there is an English run central bar, restaurant and pool with two swimming pools for residents on the mountain and tennis courts that may be booked in advance for a game. Located on the outskirts of Benidoleig village, the mountain has its own single point of access and is therefore quiet and safe from through traffic. Las Aguilas is only 10 kms from Denia and 20km from Javea on the Costa Blanca, and only 1 hours’ drive from Alicante & Valencia airports & 15 minutes from the few remaining un-spoilt sandy beaches of the Mediterranean coast. This special holiday venue is perfect for families or friends seeking either a quiet and relaxing or action-filled holiday.

The small village of Benidoleig is located in the lush Rectoria valley surrounded by a semicircle of hills and mountains yet only a stone's throw from Denia and its beautiful sandy beaches. It is the ideal location for those seeking a relaxing holiday within the environment of an authentic and typical Spanish village away from the hustle and bustle of large towns and crowded resorts yet within easy reach if necessary.

Wander through its narrow streets, admire its noble houses and inhale the scents of orange blossom and jazmin. Savour tapas and delicious meals at the village's local bar/restaurant or simply sip a glass of wine in its sunny main square. Benidoleig has a bank with cash point, grocery store, butcher, bakery, chemist, post office, mechanical garage and municipal cultural and sports centre with a 25m outdoor pool open from June to September. There are also a number of bars and a reasonably priced restaurant called Temple in the heart of the village. It serves tapas, pizzas and other delicious meals. There is a wide variety of local and international restaurants in the neighbouring villages including a Michelin star restaurant.In the summer months the local villages really come alive with numerous events such as the running with the bulls! One is able to dance and party till the early hours of the morning! Local fiestas especially during summer months. Large supermarkets and petrol stations 2-6km.

Nautical sports: Denia's Yacht Club and Marina offer yacht charter, deep-sea fishing, diving and sailing courses.
Hiking, walking, cycling: The Vall de Laguar, Segaria mountain range and the Rectoria valley provide excellent walking, hiking or cycling routes. Absailing and canyon descent in the nearby Barranc del Infern. Horse riding: Local stables and others nearby.
Golf courses: three first class golf courses within a short distance to the villa. Check out Oliva Nova and Javea Golf Club
Tennis: tennis courts in the Pool Bar a few hundred metres up the mountain.
Go-carting and Quads: Circuits in Ondara, Oliva, Denia.
Craftswork, flea and antique markets: Gata de Gorgos, Jalón
